Аул – наша история
В прошлом номере «ЛГ» мы познакомили своего читателя с нашим гостем из Германии, города Берлин. Фридрих Циммерманн – журналист с большим опытом работы в разных странах. Фридрих очень любознательный, приехав в наш город, он по максимуму пытается понять наш быт и жизнь Кокшетаусцев. Для того, чтобы ознакомить гостя из далекой страны с жизнью казахского аула, провели для него экскурсию, точнее поездку в село Жамбул, Зерендинского района, Акмолинской области. Чтобы гость запомнил нашу страну, нужно было ему показать корни нашей земли, то есть казахский аул. Весь путь туда, он с интересом наблюдал за дорогами, был удивлен нашими «ямами на ямах». Задавал вопросы, везде ли у нас такие некачественные пути, на что мы ему отвечали: – У нас в городе, идет полностью ремонт дорог, надеемся, что в скором времени все наладиться и все могут поколесить по ровным и безопасным дорогам.
В Жамбуле нас ожидала гостепреимная семья: Маржан и Мухтар Есекеевы, и двое их маленьких сыновей пятилетний Жанболат и трехлетний Нурболат. Ребята как подобает настоящему мужчине, приветствовали гостя, пожимая ему руку. У них есть еще двое дочерей, которых зовут Мансия и Гульназ, они учащиеся школы Дарын. С того момента как мы заехали в аул, все жители смотрели на нас очень дружелюбно. Хозяева дома были очень любезны с нами, встретили нас, словно мы для них родные люди. По казахским обычаям, хозяин дома полил нам воду на руки, чтобы мы могли их помыть. Тут же, пригласили в дом. Гостю Фридриху было приготовлено почетное место. Мы сидели за круглым столом, на удобно расстеленных курак корпе, но гостю, видимо было непривычно так сидеть, он попросил стул, затем, смотря как мы просто сидим на полу, тоже решил попробовать, и ему понравилось. Мы старались, чтобы особа из другой страны, понял все наши обычай и традиции. Сев за стол, мы объясняли, что (дөңгелек үстел) круглый стол, это национальная казахская мебель. Затем, на дастархан был подан царь казахских блюд «Бешбармак» из мяса свежей баранины. Фридриху очень понравилось сочетание мяса, теста, и натурального бульона. Особенно ему понравился тұздық, это свежий бульон с луком, морковью и специями. Отведав лучший казахский бешбармак, пока кипит чай, мы решили показать Фридриху местные окрестности. Выехали на сопку вблизи села, там царила такая чистота, был свежий запах деревьев, травы, и не тронутой цивилизацией природы. Господин Циммерманн запечатлел каждый миг на фотокамеру. Фотографировал он с умилением и вдохновением, неоднократно показывал большой палец в верх. Он поделился своим желанием, показать все снимки жене Мэги. Вдохнув самый свежий воздух аула, мы вернулись в дом Мухтара и Маржан отведать горячий чай.
И тут, зайдя в дом, мы увидели полный угощениями стол, нас ждали свежие горячие баурсаки, майское масло, домашний творог, разновидные сладости, горячий чай со свежим молоком. Наш гость поинтересовался, всегда ли так казахи радужно встречают гостей? Он отметил, что наш народ очень дружелюбен. И еще, заметил, что в Кокшетау, очень много красивых женщин и девушек. В город мы вернулись с новыми силами и хорошим настроением.

Aul – our history
